Manage and coordinate client and internal partner communications and status updates Review the documentation requirement and completeness during onboarding Perform qualitative and quantitative check on New Account Documentation for all clients To proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations. To review Trust Deed and Letter of Wishes for private trust’s clients and other legal documents To administrate the Trusts and Estates, which the company has been appointed/ acting as trustee/ executor/ administrator Ensure delivery of Client KPIs targets including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures Responsible to have a well-defined Communication and Engagement model in place to ensure all teams understand the performance of the business and also that they understand the needs of their teams Ensure successful delivery and managing peak period Manage and develop the operational client relationships by conducting (where appropriate) operational client review meetings and day to day ops liaison within key workstream Managing complaints, and provide appropriate solutions within time limits A mantra for our clients, customers, partners and every member of the RHB family.
