Job Requirements: · In depth knowledge about Asset Products especially cards and Operations and processes · Discussion with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand work functions and processes and gather information · Develop materials to document operational end-to-end process flows · Summary recommendations from SMEs for process improvements and other findings · Should be able to think proactively for process changes from Business Process Re-engineering perspective · Knowledge of Regulatory Guidelines · Strong Communication skills · Assertive attitude · Good analytical skills & eye for details · Keen eye for market intelligence and competition. Strong follow up ability & keenness Qualifications A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry. Proficiency in MS Office, SQL and familiarity with CRM and other bank systems for efficient data management and creating work flows. Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
