Facilitate the alignment of organizational design with business strategy, identifying and addressing process gaps. Conduct talent reviews, competency assessments, and individual development planning. Support the creation of a robust talent pipeline through career and succession planning, ensuring timely and effective hiring that aligns with organizational needs. Promote diversity within the workforce. Lead the annual performance management process, adding value and ensuring governance. Foster a performance culture through goal setting, continuous feedback, and consequence management. Coach and enable managers in the performance process. Manage compensation and benefits processes aligned with business requirements. Implement annual compensation processes to attract and retain talent. Ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience for new joiners. Facilitate a smooth transition and orientation for employees at different locations. Engage with leadership and manage stakeholder expectations. Proactively address employee grievances and concerns.
