* Work with Commercia banking team to drive strategic initiatives and develop operating plans to deliver short term and long-term plans * Liaise with Central Finance Team to prepare annual budgets * Periodic Monitoring of actuals vs budgets * Ensuring month end provisions and book closing for business unit * Monthly / Quarterly reviews with Senior Management * MIS reporting to management & variance analysis.
