Welcome all visitors to the space 2. Host and monitor teams through their experience 3. Ensure areas are clean and presentable 4. Keep up to date with bookings and queries 5. Maintain the equipment and technology 6. Answer visitor enquiries and promote the experience to passers-by 7. Communicate and cooperate with other venue staff and the wider team 8. Responsible for opening or closing the venue 9. Support the venue management with leading and developing the team. Experience:  * Previously worked in hospitality, retail or entertainment for at least 2 years  * Organized with a great eye for detail  * Consistent positive attitude  * Confident with computer and tablet technology  * Willing to work flexible hours  * Excellent communication skills.
