Job Description

In the R&D department, you join a multidisciplinary team of biologists, immunologists, chemists and engineers who are eager to work with you to develop the next generation T-cell therapies.

  • We are seeking a highly motivated team member to contribute to the development of reagents for tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) culture and clinical manufacturing.
  • In this role, you will develop and validate cutting-edge reagents that enhance the expansion, viability, and functionality of TILs in culture.
  • Working in an inter-disciplinary setting, you will refine manufacturing protocols and ensure seamless integration of new reagents into TIL production workflows.

    • ou will independently plan, execute and analyze experiments to support the cultivation and scalability of TIL-based therapies for clinical applications.
  • You will present the results of your research at internal and departmental meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • We are seeking a highly motivated team member with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry or a related field to contribute to the development of reagents for Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocyte (TIL) culture and manufacturing.
  • Candidates should have hands-on experience with cell culture, assay development, and immunology techniques, along with a strong commitment to advancing cell-based cancer immunotherapies.
  • A detail-oriented mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
  • You are comfortable with documenting protocols and experimental results, experience in design control is a plus.
  • We are looking for a proactive and communicative candidate who has a strong command of the English language, with proficiency in German considered a valuable asset.
