Responsibilities
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to financial procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Assist with serving food and beverages to customers as needed, promoting upselling techniques to enhance guest experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours while managing time effectively.
