EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices is advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.

  • Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions with accuracy and maintain cash handling procedures.
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in all aspects of the kitchen and dining area.
  • Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
