As a Team Member, you are the face of Tahini’s. You are responsible for delivering exceptional service, preparing and serving high-quality food, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized. Your positive energy and dedication to excellence help ensure every guest feels welcomed.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• A passion for guest service and a team-first attitude
• Prior QSR or hospitality experience is an asset, but not required
• WHMIS and Food Handler certifications are an asset, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 25 lbs
