WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are currently looking for English-speaking female candidates due to the specific needs of one of our female clients. Applicants must also have:

• A full UK driving licence
• Access to a vehicle with business insurance
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• A genuine passion for care and a willingness to go above and beyond for our clients
• A positive attitude and a sense of responsibility

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in care is helpful but not essential. We provide full training.

As a Team Leader, you will play an important role in delivering hands-on care to our clients while also supporting and guiding our team of caregivers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care, companionship and help with daily activities such as shopping and light housekeeping
• Overseeing and quality-checking the care provided by current and future staff
• Conducting spot checks and offering mentorship and support to other caregivers
• Completing new client assessments and introducing caregivers to new clients
• Being part of the on-call rota as the business grows

This role is suited to someone with previous care experience, excellent communication skills and a desire to develop within a growing and supportive team.
