Job Description Join our dynamic team at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Surrey, Canada as a Team Member at Tim Hortons! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to our collaborative work environment. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized store environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Participate in team meetings and training sessions Adhere to company policies and procedures Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude Strong verbal and written communication abilities Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team player with a collaborative mindset Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds High school diploma or equivalent preferred Hourly Rate/Taux horaire: $17.85
