TOASTIQUE EAST COBB — TEAM MEMBER

Location: East Cobb (Marietta, GA)
Employment type: Part-time or Full-time | Early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Store hours are 7AM - 5PM.
We’re opening a brand-new Toastique restaurant in the heart of East Cobb in Marietta, GA! Our Grand Opening is Saturday, September 20, 2025. We’re hiring our opening team now, with orientation and official start on Saturday, September 13, 2025, and training beginning Monday, September 15, 2025—giving you a full Monday–Friday training week before doors open on the 20th.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer-focused with clear, friendly communication.
• Reliable and detail-oriented; can follow recipes and written checklists precisely.
• Team player who can switch between FOH and BOH roles fluidly.
• Time management skills; able to thrive during rushes and maintain standards.
• Food safety mindset; comfortable with cleaning and dish responsibilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Team Members are the heartbeat of Toastique East Cobb. You’ll serve guests on the line, build toasts/smoothies/bowls to spec, keep ticket times tight, and handle critical BOH (Back of House) prep, juicing, dish, and cleanliness tasks. You’ll rotate between guest-facing stations and back-of-house based on the needs of the shift.
