Due to a new client contract, we have expanded to Peoria, Illinois and are looking for hungry, results-driven Team Member Trainees to join our team.
As a Team Member Trainee Trainee, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to new and existing customers on behalf of our client. On a daily basis, you will meet directly with decision makers to discuss potential product and service offerings that best suit their needs and lifestyle. Additionally, you will establish genuine connections with potential customers and present options with honesty, transparency and professionalism in an effort to close sales and create a refreshing customer service experience.

TEAM MEMBER TRAINEE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer engagements efficiently while maintaining quality service.
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment.

  • Engage directly with homeowners and customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored product and service solutions, identifying opportunities for sales enrollment.
  • Guide customers through the sales enrollment process with professionalism and clarity.
