JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.
• Bilingual speak and understand Spanish

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, organizing supplies, or taking out trash.
• Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
• Safely navigate in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes busy working conditions.
• Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment

  Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour

• Interacts with team members, customers, and vendors using honor dignity, and respect this creates an energetic fun, and positive environment.
• Prepares food and smoothies orders in assigned station accurately, following guests’ instructions if any, or standards procedures.
• Aims to deliver an exceptional wow experience to every guests that visits the juice bar.
• Prepares and pre-packaged ingredients for our food and smoothies.
• Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Juice Bar’s standards.
• Follows local and federal food safety practices and procedures to handle and prepare food safely.
• Sets up, maintains clean and stocked assigned food and smoothie workstations throughout the shift.
• Organizes supplies when shipments arrive.
• Follows the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
• Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the juice bar.
• Able to attend work regularly on the scheduled time
