Our Lending Operations Team are seeking Team Members like you! You will play an integral role in fostering a cohesive team environment and building strong relationships across different teams within Lending Operations and Westpac. Your contribution will help shape a high-performance and customer-centric culture within the organization.
As Lending Operations Team Member, your role will entail:
. Action requests from Business Partners and Customers promptly and with enthusiasm, exceeding their expectations.
. Contribute to building a customer-centric culture and delivering a superior end-to-end banking process.
. Administrative tasks e.g. data entry.
. Maintain a high standard of customer service by phone and email, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer needs.
. Foster strong relationships across teams, sharing best practices and collaborating to enhance the customer experience.
