From rugged snowcats and earth movers to shuttles, buses and company vehicles, you’ll work on a wide range of equipment essential to the guest and employee experience at our mountain resort. As a key player in our Vehicle Shop team, you’ll perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and on-site repairs while collaborating with fellow technicians. You’ll also assist in vehicle recovery and special projects; all while enjoying the unique challenges and rewards of a seasonal mountain operation. This is a full-time, year-round position Qualifications and Experience Must be at least 19 years of age for insurance purposes High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Advanced understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Ability to perform work in all outdoor weather conditions including snow and rain Must be able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the winter season Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business Preferred Qualifications and Experience Basic Welding Skills ASE Certified Equipment operation experience (Snowcats, Plow Trucks, Snowmobiles) Compensation: Wage: $21.22 – $24.49 per hour Benefits: Generous employer contribution towards medical plan Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401k after 500 hours in 6 months.
