This is a fast paced, full throttle role: You will be:
Delivering Vibes – Be the face of Bonnie Rogues. Greet guests like they are old mates, help them feel at home and keep the good times rolling till last orders.
Owning your space – Whether you are making cocktails or running the table gauntlet with five plates in your hand, you will do it with style, humor, speed and service that smashes expectations.
Know the Goods – You will get to know the food, drinks and entertainment like the back of your hand and upsell like a pro to enhance someone’s night.
Safety First, Fun Always – Keep your area tidy, your standards sharp and your eye on health and safety to keep your team and our guests safe and coming back.
Build the Buzz – Get stuck into the atmosphere, hype up the crowd, singalong and make every shift a party. Yes – dancing on the bar is not just allowed, it is expected.
