Greek Street Yeeros is a fast-paced, high-quality Greek street food takeaway in Glasgow. We pride ourselves on authentic flavours, excellent service, and a vibrant, customer-focused team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be involved in every aspect of the operation:
- Cooking and preparing fresh Greek and Mediterranean street food
- Serving customers with energy and friendliness
- Providing high-quality customer service and maintaining a tidy, organised kitchen
- Following all food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Assisting with prep, cleaning, and daily kitchen operations

- For leadership roles: managing shifts, supervising the team, training staff, and maintaining high standards throughout the day

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous experience in a busy kitchen (Greek or Mediterranean preferred)
✅ Fast, tidy, and well-organised under pressure
✅ Excellent communication and people skills
✅ Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices
✅ Experience in customer service
✅ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
✅ Proactive attitude – able to take initiative and solve problems as they arise
✅ Driving licence & access to a car is a big plus

✅ For leadership roles: management experience, shift supervision, and people management skills
