You will have experience in clinical nursing assessment, planning and delivering care which will be evidence based in conjunction with Julias House policies and procedures to deliver safe care to children and young people with complex needs that will often change. You will feel confident in using your clinical judgement and making autonomous decisions about nursing care requirements. You will participate in an on call rota system to provide telephone advice for staff and families. You will have Day-to-day management of the client base, including the deployment, supervision and teaching of Care Team members.
