Responsibilities Coordinate and manage pet-friendly initiatives and activities for staff and their pets. Develop policies and guidelines related to having pets in the workplace. Provide support and resources for employees regarding pet care and well-being. Organize team-building events that incorporate pets, promoting interaction and engagement. Monitor and assess the impact of pet-friendly policies on employee satisfaction and morale. Collaborate with HR to integrate pet care support into the employee benefits package. Educate staff on best practices pertaining to pet ownership and welfare. Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in pet care, animal welfare, or related fields preferred. Strong organizational and event planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and their pets. Demonstrated passion for animal welfare and a pet-friendly environment. Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. Creative problem-solving skills to address any pet-related challenges in the workplace.
