TEAM SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

United Sport & Cycle’s Team Sales Division is seeking a Full-Time Account Executive who is an outgoing person and has a passion for sports. The purpose of this position is to develop and implement agreed upon sales plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding the customer base. Working within the sales and support teams you will be striving to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with the company vision and values.

Responsibilities
  • Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers.
  • Work in collaboration with the other Account Executives to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face prospecting, direct mail, email, networking, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow-up activities within your book of business through the use of the existing CRM system, and call reports.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Develop an annual business plan which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Communicate new product and industry opportunities, special developments, competitive information, or feedback gathered to appropriate company personnel.
  • Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with equipment managers, association members, coaches, players, business owners and decision makers.
  • Attend conventions, events and shows as required.
