SUMMARY

The Hockey Shop is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our busy Team Sales department. This is a supportive, customer-facing role focused on greeting clients and assisting with small-scale or routine orders. You’ll help keep our team orders flowing smoothly by handling entry-level processing tasks and ensuring accurate order intake and follow-through.

• Provide friendly front-line assistance to walk-in Team Sales customers, referring to senior staff when needed
• Receive and sort incoming Team Sales orders
• Enter and process small-scale items such as name bars and numbers
• Process simple transactions on the POS system
• Prepare NHL Lettering Kit orders following established procedures
• Maintain accurate internal records and organize supporting documentation
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Communicate and hand off larger or more complex orders to senior staff
• Occasionally assist in the apparel production room (e.g., sorting, weeding, heat pressing)
