Team Sales Manager-Commercial Vehicle (CV)-Saral Auto-SA-Marketing Branches Operations   JOB DESCRIPTION Job Role:  1.    Team sales Manager is required for Handling   Tractor Loan  “through direct sales team, Brokers and Dealers.  2.    For Handling Team of 5-7 field sales executive   3.    For Handling Yearly business approx.500-600 Tractors in a year (approx. 20 Cr).  4.    Responsible for Tractor Refinance Business also, Team Productivity, Infant Collection (Early Default), Dealer / Broker Relationship.  5.    Management, working on existing customer’s data, etc. in his area of Operation.  Job Requirement:    1.    Team Handling Exp. – Team Handling and Business volume handling exp. Is required (Direct and In Direct Reportees).  2.    Exp. – Minimum 2-3 Year Exp. In Team Handling / Finance Industry.  Should be from vehicle finance industry – Tractor / Car / Two wheeler / CV /CE / Etc  1.    Preference will be given from Vehicle Finance industry.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of 5-7 field sales executives to drive tractor loan business through direct sales, brokers, and dealers. Responsible for achieving yearly business targets, managing tractor refinance, and maintaining dealer relationships.
