Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This is a key role within the London Project Management Team, providing an efficient and responsive level of support, driving the team’s operational performance and efficiencies, ensuring expected deadlines and business targets are met, while also providing administrative support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive operational efficiencies and ensure team business targets are achieved.
  • Assisting with Operational, Partner and team meetings, managing actions and outcomes.
  • Ensuring the completion of service reviews, mandatory training, time sheets and financial tasks.
  • Overseeing internal audits and monitor outstanding actions ensuring they are completed by the team.
  • Complex diary management.
  • Arranging travel bookings, preparing detailed travel itineraries and arranging visas.
  • Liaising with recruitment and HR to assist with the onboarding of new team members.
  • Organising events for service and sector growth and related activities.
  • Organising internal activities and team social events.
  • Document preparation and formatting, including presentations.
  • Liaising with the finance admin team where necessary with regards to invoices and assisting with enquiries.
  • Ownership and administration of external and internal Teams’ sites.
  • Providing training to the Partners and wider team with regards to business systems and processes.
  • Supporting other London administrators where necessary and providing holiday cover.
