David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Russian speaking Team Supervisor for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia. Position: Team Supervisor Location: Belgrade, Serbia Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses (including accommodation) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise on-floor team members to ensure professional, engaging, and high-quality performance standards. Oversee daily team schedules, including rotations and breaks, to maintain continuous workflow and adherence to shift plans. Communicate updates on new procedures, company policies, and operational best practices to all team members. Ensure all processes run efficiently, resolving minor technical or operational issues within the work environment. Act as a liaison between frontline staff and management, providing timely updates, feedback, and recommendations. Support and motivate team members, fostering a positive, respectful, and professional workplace atmosphere. Collect and analyze performance and operational data to prepare accurate, insightful daily reports for management. Identify training, coaching, and development needs to enhance team skills and performance. Monitor employee appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards, ensuring compliance with company guidelines. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in Russian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as English (at least B2). Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role is preferred. A qualification in Management or a related field is an advantage. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or operations will be considered a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict management skills. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Solid time management and organizational skills. Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken). Willingness and ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
