Description

Abound Health is seeking a Team Support Specialist/Office Manager (hybrid) to support our Charlotte, NC office. In this essential role, you will ensure smooth daily operations of the office while providing key administrative and compliance support to our clinical teams, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and clients. If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about supporting others, this could be the role for you!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of administrative, office management, or related experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and comfort with database systems (e.g., OnTarget).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in behavioral health preferred but not required.
  • Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and pass background checks.
Responsibilities
  • Clinical & Administrative Support
  • Assist Qualified Professionals (QPs) with SAR submissions, progress summaries, MAR follow-ups, and record audits.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate DSP and client records in compliance with Medicaid and agency regulations.
  • Track missing DSP notes and timesheets; communicate with DSPs to resolve issues.
  • Assist with DSP training schedules, certifications, and onboarding processes.
  • Submit and track DSP status changes and troubleshoot OnTarget and LMS system issues.
  • Provide local recruitment and onboarding support.
