Requirements ● Deep hands-on proven expertise in Rive state machines, blend states, inputs, listeners, events, and data binding ● A portfolio with shipped interactive experiences or mini-games - work that makes decisions, responds to input, and tells a story through interaction. ● Experience integrating Rive with web/React environments and handing off production-ready assets to engineers. ● Strong game-feel instincts - you know the difference between an animation that looks good and one that feels good to interact with. ● Solid motion design fundamentals - timing, easing, character expressiveness, visual storytelling.
