Our team is growing, and looking for a hands-on, customer-facing Team Lead to build and guide our solution engineer tesm. As a fast-growing cybersecurity startup serving leading global customers, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at technical problem-solving, and is passionate about building scalable, AI-enhanced solution operations. This role is central to leading technical engagements across pre-sales, onboarding, and post-sales, designing integrations, and turning customer needs into scalable product capabilities. Key Responsibilities Build and lead the Solutions Engineering team: define processes, create playbooks, and establish operational standards for integration through the POC’s and full deployment. Lead end-to-end technical calls and integrations across the customer lifecycle- pre-sales scoping, implementation, and ongoing solution design. Design and oversee customer integrations (APIs, workflows, security controls) and identify new integration opportunities to expand product value. Work closely with Product and R&D to productize repeatable solutions and turn field feedback into roadmap input. Develop reusable resources (reference architectures, templates, implementation guides) to streamline onboarding and accelerate time-to-value. Partner with customer success, support, sales, and product to ensure smooth handoffs, technical success, and long-term adoption. Track and improve KPIs such as time-to-value, integration success, and customer adoption. Requirements 4–6+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineering, Sales/Customer Engineering, Architecture, or Implementation). Experience designing or implementing integrations for SaaS or security platforms. Strong understanding of APIs, automation workflows, and curiosity to learn new systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven cross-functional collaborator with CS, Product, and Engineering. Entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and comfortable building processes from scratch. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
