Requirements REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Engineer in distributed systems, networking, or backend infrastructure. Strong understanding of communication protocols, APIs, and system interoperability. Solid programming experience (Go, C#, Java, Scala, or similar). Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex concepts clearly. BONUS POINTS Experience with security protocols, data privacy, or encryption standards. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience building high-performance backend systems in Go. Background in AI or cybersecurity domains.
