About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive, people-oriented Office & HR Manager to join the team. This role combines responsibility for HR operations, employee experience, and office management - helping to build a positive, efficient, and engaging work environment. Responsibilities: HR & People Operations Manage HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement. Support recruitment processes – scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting hiring managers. Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee wellbeing. Office & Administration Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and vendor management. Manage company events, travel logistics, and employee activities. Handle purchasing, invoices, and budget tracking. Support cross-company logistics and ensure smooth operations. Requirements Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Office Management and/or HR (startup experience – anadvantage). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hebrew. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and service-minded approach. Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
