About the Role We’re growing and looking for a talented Office Operations Manager to join our team and be the heart of the company - ensuring everything runs smoothly and effectively. If you’re a people person, a strong multitasker, and highly organized with a can-do approach, we’d love to hear from you! This is a full-time, onsite position based in our Tel Aviv office. What you’ll do: Provide general support to employees as needed, ensuring a smooth and positive workplace experience Oversee day-to-day office operations and the office budget, including managing orders, supplies, vendor relationships, invoicing, parking, and travel arrangements Continuously identify opportunities to improve office operations, processes, and the overall workplace environment Manage onboarding and offboarding, including office setup, IT equipment, swag, and compliance processes Lead and execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and office culture, including happy hours, company gifts, and employee life cycle Support the coordination of legal, financial, and vendor-related administrative workflows Requirements 2-5 years of proven experience as an Office Operations Manager or a similar role in a startup/tech company, with background in employee experience and welfare initiatives Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal Exceptional attention to detail A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability - you get things done without needing to be asked Willingness to support high-priority needs outside of standard business hours when necessary “No task too small” mindset - you're happy to dive into anything that moves the team forward Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, HRIS systems, and productivity tools
