JOB DESCRIPTION

This permanent, part - time opportunity offers hands on expeirence in the OSHC industy. You’ll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

SERVICE LOCATION:

This is one service, that caters for two separate schools, all on the same site. A beautiful, spacious environment with a mix of 3 dedicated spaces including a big shared hall. This is a large service, with joint facilities and commercial kitchen on site.
Staffing structure: This is a large service, and TeamKids has put together a unique staffing structure to support the needs of this school and ensure the upmost support is provided. This will include a full time, on site, Program Manager, full time Director of Service (x2), full time Child Wellbeing and Inclusion Officer, Second in Charge (x2), Permanent part-time educators (x10) and a pool of casual educators.
We are looking for an experienced Educator with great communications skills who can work in a large team with shared responsibilities.
