YOUR MISSION

• You plan, oversee, and manage composite production in close coordination with the production manager.
• You coordinate your team and ensure that agreed lead times, quality standards, and performance targets are met.
• You are responsible for the on-time and specification-compliant delivery of all relevant components.
• You monitor adherence to defined process steps in composite production and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
• You take ownership of business-related KPIs and ensure targets are achieved.
• You actively contribute to composite production when needed.
• You ensure order and cleanliness in the production area.
• You ensure accurate and complete documentation of work processes.
• You support the engineering team in the development and improvement of composite components.
