• Shape our Software Methodology: Together with Engineering Leads of all product groups you are responsible for shaping our software development methodology and ensure that our product groups teams can work efficiently.
• Lead the DevOps and R&D team: To maintain this methodology you manage a team of DevOps and R&D Platform Engineers and are up to date to any changes and future projects within Riedel.
• Implementing new Workflows: After selecting a specific set of new tools, you are responsible for implementing the workflows and maintaining the correct rights structure.
• Collaboration and Communication: You will be closely collaborating with different departments and regularly communicate with all product groups, their respective Product Owners, Product Managers and other stakeholders.
