Description

Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR function, including management experience
Sound knowledge of operational HR processes and a good understanding of labor law contexts
Experience in the strategic development of HR structures and processes
Experience in a dynamic, high-growth company, ideally in e-commerce, retail or fashion.
A strong hands-on mentality and a willingness to take on operational tasks independently.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
High level of initiative and the ability to independently drive topics forward.
Sovereignty in dealing with managers and employees at different levels
Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach, even when priorities change at short notice.
Very good German and English skills
Willingness to work 4 days a week at our headquarters in Düsseldorf
