In Ihrer Rolle als Teamlead HR Service DACH (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Analyse, Optimierung und Dokumentation der HR-Prozesse. Ziel ist es, bestehende Abläufe im Personalbereich zu überprüfen, Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren und effizientere, standardisierte Prozesse zu entwickeln. Sie sorgen für eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der HR-Dienstleistungen und stellen sicher, dass neue Prozesse erfolgreich implementiert werden, um eine hohe Qualität und Effizienz in allen administrativen und strategischen HR-Aktivitäten zu gewährleisten.

Ihre Verantwortung

• Führung eines 5-köpfigen HR Service-Teams
• Sicherstellung der gesamten HR Administration (Vertragsbearbeitung, Bescheinigungswesen, Systempflege)
• Monitoring und Analyse bestehender Abläufe im Bereich HR Administration bei kontinuierlicher Optimierung dieser Prozesse
• Entwicklung, Aufbau und Umsetzung von HR Prozessen inkl. KPIs im Bereich HR Service
• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken sowie Unterstützung der Payroll-Abteilung bei der Erstellung von Berichten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den HR Business Partnern und Payroll

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse

• Eine für diese Rolle entsprechende Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources in einem interantionalen Konzernumfeld (Bürosprache: Englisch)
• Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern und Teams mit unterschiedlichem Erfahrungs- und Senioritätslevel. Sie besitzen ein gutes Gespür für Menschen, sowie für das Potential der jeweiligen Teammitglieder
• Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Betriebsverfassungs- und Tarifrecht
• Ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit und präzise Arbeitsweise
• Freude an der Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse
• Analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse zu vereinfachen
