As Team Lead (m/f/d) Supply Chain Management, you will actively shape a future-proof value chain. You will play a key role in the further expansion of our business with piezo valves and systems, as well as in building new supply chains for innovative applications in medical technology and the high-tech industry. Together with your team, you will develop a high-performing, customer-focused supply chain organization that enables growth, ensures delivery capability, and creates sustainable competitive advantages. Managing the supply chain: You are responsible for the end-to-end management of demand planning, procurement, production planning, logistics and delivery, as well as robust supplier, material and risk strategies.
Improve delivery performance: With clear processes and effective measures, you can sustainably improve on-time delivery, availability, and customer satisfaction.
Enabling innovation: You will help develop new supply chain concepts for medical technology and high-tech products from the very beginning and support product launches while taking regulatory requirements into account.
Further develop the organization: You will combine demand planning, production planning, material planning, strategic purchasing, and warehouse and shipping logistics into a powerful unit.
Living Lean: Through key performance indicators, shop floor management and continuous improvement, you create transparency and efficiency along the entire value chain.
Promoting collaboration: As a central interface, you connect sales, quality, R&D, production and suppliers for shared success.

Solid expertise: A completed degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, production engineering or a comparable qualification forms your basis.
Leadership skills: Several years of experience in the professional and disciplinary management of supply chain teams distinguish you.
Shaping transformation: Change processes and the building of high-performing organizations are among your strengths; experience in medical technology, electronics, high-tech or regulated industries is an advantage.
Planning excellence: S&OP, demand planning, inventory management and capacity planning are familiar tools for you; you can demonstrate successes in delivery performance and inventory levels.
Digital and international competence: You are proficient in using SAP S/4HANA and modern planning tools; you also have good English skills.
Think like an entrepreneur: Analytical strength, decisiveness and communication skills will help you to successfully overcome challenges.
