TEAMLEAD ORDERPICK

Roveg Fruit is involved in the import and export of fruit and vegetables worldwide. We are a leading company within the fresh produce industry, which is growing rapidly and is constantly looking for new challenges. Due to further professionalization of the order picking team, we are immediately looking for an experienced manager to strengthen the existing team.
As a teamlead orderpick, you have an important task within the logistics process. You manage order pickers and monitor the execution of the work. You also play an active role in the overall process in our warehouse.

• As an order picking team leader, you are responsible for optimizing the logistics processes and continuously improving the organization through adequate management.
• You are part of a close-knit team with which you work closely.
• We expect a high degree of independence in this position.
• You report to the Warehouse Manager.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Control and management of the order pickers
• Participate in improving the order picking process
• Correcting errors and taking measures to secure delivery of orders
• Monitoring compliance with safety and quality regulations
• Developing employees and conducting assessment and performance reviews
