We’re looking for a forward‑thinking Teamlead of Product Testing to lead our new Conveyor Belt Testing Competence Center in Szeged — a state‑of‑the‑art facility bringing together a wide range of standard, specialized, and unique testing capabilities. This is a rare opportunity to build a team, establish processes, and influence the future of product testing within a global organization. Lead and develop our new Conveyor Belt Test Competence Center Plan, coordinate, document, and analyze product tests for conveyor belts Manage the full lifecycle of test assignments — from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and evaluation Interpret test results and prepare clear, high‑quality test reports Drive the development of new test benches, procedures, and standards Serve as the primary technical contact for internal and external partners, including engineers and product developers Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Operations, and other key departments Build, mentor, and coordinate a team of skilled testing technicians Provide technical guidance and support to your team and stakeholders Contribute to ongoing development activities and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications A university degree in production or engineering management, industrial engineering, or a related field At least 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing Experience with rubber and plastic production processes is a strong advantage Proven experience in team building and leadership is preferred Comfortable working in international, cross‑functional environments Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across interfaces Proficiency in at least two languages — Hungarian, English or German is required Additional Information The well-being of our employees is important to us.
