We are looking for a motivated Team Lead Production to guide one of our production teams. In this role, you are the first point of contact for your team and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production processes. Together with other team leads and the operations manager, you make sure daily goals are achieved – and exceeded.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and motivate your team of production employees within one of the three shifts.
• Distribute tasks effectively and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Safeguard compliance with safety, health, and company regulations.
• Monitor efficiency and manage performance based on output.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and a positive working atmosphere on the production floor.
• Identify process deviations and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with colleagues from production, engineering, and quality control.
• Solve operational challenges together with the operations manager.
