Ihre Aufgaben Verantwortung für den Bereich Reparatur und Kalibrierung - von der täglichen Organisation bis zur langfristigen Planung Sicherstellen aller KPIs sowie einer termingerechten Bearbeitung und wöchentlichen Fertigstellung der Aufträge Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Quality Manager, um die ISO17025-/DAkkS-Vorgaben jederzeit einzuhalten Priorisierung von Workloads, Verfolgung überfälliger Aufträge und Steuerung des RMA-Prozesses Mitarbeiterführung inklusive Einsatzplanung, sowie Unterstützung bei Training & Entwicklung Sicherstellung einer effizienten, qualitätsorientierten Arbeitsweise und Einhaltung aller Unternehmensrichtlinien Ihr Profil Fundierte Kenntnisse in Reparatur und Kalibrierung von Test-/Messgeräten oder ähnlich komplexen Geräten Erfahrung mit ISO17025-Anforderungen, Qualitätsstandards und technischer Dokumentation Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten sowie Erfahrung in der Anleitung kleiner technischer Teams Sicherer Umgang mit administrativen Tools (z. B.
