Your Scope
Ervaren people manager met analytische skills
Je bent de drijvende kracht boven het Food Replenishment team en je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse taken van het team. Het doel van het team is zorgen voor de juiste voorraad, op de juiste plaats en op het juiste moment.
Je focust op de ontwikkeling en coaching van je team en je zorgt ervoor dat de afdeling zo efficiënt mogelijk functioneert.
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je teamleaden en ondersteunt en adviseert hen bij complexe situaties.
Je bekijkt kritisch de aankoopvragen en bewaakt de processen en KPI’s (PO follow-up, OTIF, tekortanalyse, naleving van plan, voorraaddagen,…). Hiervoor maak je analyses en doe je voorstellen.
Je neemt een trekkersrol op bij projecten binnen Replenishment Food of vertegenwoordigt in internationale projecten.
Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse taken van Replenishment Food: bij het afroepen van producten, inkooporders versturen en opvolgen,…
Je treedt op als stakeholder voor je collega’s op andere afdelingen, zoals customer service, planning, logistiek, finance, andere sites binnen de organisatie, …
Your profile
Je beschikt over relevante ervaring en de ingesteldheid om een leidinggevende rol op te nemen.
ERP-systemen hebben geen geheimen voor jou. Idealiter heb je ook ervaring met SAP.
Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt mee met de organisatie.
Je hebt zin in verantwoordelijkheid en autonoom werken. Ook operationeel aan de slag gaan, schrikt jou niet af.
Wat jou typeert is jouw oplossingsgerichte aanpak en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
