At Klöckner Pentaplast (kp), we don’t just make packaging—we protect what matters. As a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions, we are expanding our impact in the Medical Device sector and are looking for an experienced, growth-driven sales leader to join us on this journey.
This is more than a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to shape commercial strategy, drive innovation, and lead a high-performing EMEA sales team in a fast-evolving market.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the EMEA Sales Team, including workforce planning, coaching, and performance management
  • Own commercial responsibility for your region, including budgeting, forecasting (S&OP/S&OE), and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across functions such as purchasing, R&D, logistics, and sustainability
  • Drive sales of the full Medical Device Films portfolio across all accounts in your territory
  • Deliver technical guidance and host customer workshops in collaboration with Innovation, Technical Service, and Marketing teams
  • Maintain pricing discipline in partnership with our Pricing Team
  • Ensure timely resolution of quality issues with the relevant departments
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting through Salesforce and related CRM systems
