Your creative field We are looking for a full-time, permanent Team Lead Technical Support (all genders) to start as soon as possible within the Czech Republic. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the Team: Guide, mentor, and inspire your team to resolve the most complex customer issues. Solve Problems: Be the go-to escalation point for high-impact technical challenges and critical cases. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product, engineering, and IT to ensure smooth operations and align goals. Drive Excellence: Optimize processes, hit SLA targets, and deliver a seamless customer journey. Share Knowledge: Build a culture of learning by encouraging documentation and technical skill development.
