JOB DESCRIPTION

Objective:
For our customer from the automotive sector, we are looking for an operational team leader. As a team leader, you are responsible for the operation on the floor. You ensure that your warehouse employees perform their task efficiently and properly. You give them clear instructions and all the necessary resources. Within a logistics operation, you directly manage your people according to workload and ensure that the operational process runs in a structured and as efficient way as possible. You take care of incoming and outgoing goods, divide the tasks, instruct the warehouse staff and monitor the work. You monitor them closely and ensure that they achieve the agreed KPIs.
You will function under the authority of the Operational Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing your team.
2. Meeting your deadlines every day.
3. Drawing up the schedules for the warehouse employees.
4. Smoothly participate in all different tasks.
5. Forging warehouse employees into a close-knit and good team
6. Pursue further optimization of operational and administrative processes
7. You are responsible for achieving and improving the objectives within your department
8. Monitor compliance with general policies, procedures, and guidelines
9. You can manage a team of 5 to 10 employees.
