We are seeking a teamleader with experience in ocean freight forwarding, primarily in ISO tank and flexitank import & export business. You will lead and support a small team of freight forwarders in their daily operations. You will actively take part in the operational process.
You are a strong people manager. You guide and evaluate the team and set clear expectations. Towards customers, you play an important role as well, building and maintaining close relationships with them.

• Oversee the complete process of import & export shipments focused on ISO tanks and flexitanks and knowledge of applicable transport regulations.
• Got a hazardous goods certification? That’s a plus.
• Communication is key. You’re fluent in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of any another languages is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in computer use and quick to learn new and customized operating systems.
• Good geographical knowledge is a must.
• Going the extra mile? Always. You push for the best every time for your customers.
• Invoice and Billing Management: Validate purchase invoices and handle billing processes.
• Collaborate effectively within a small team to ensure seamless operations.
