Teamleader Supply Quality Management (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Technical and disciplinary responsibility for the team Supply Quality Management (SQM) in the department „Product Assurance“
  • Organization and execution of regular team meetings
  • Management of staff planning for projects as well as initiation and participation to job interviews
  • Career planning and further education of team members by e.g. annual employee dialogues
  • Active support to the implementation of the department strategy
  • Preparation and maintenance of relevant processes including support to projects for application and conformance
  • Establish and facilitate cross project developments
  • Reporting to the head of Product Assurance
  • Active support in the operational day-to-day business

Your Qualifications

  • Engineering degree with a major in electrical engineering, physics or comparable qualifications
  • Several years of professional experience in the domain of Supply Quality Management or Product Assurance
  • Ability to lead a team, high communication skills and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent knowledge in applying processes and standards of the ECSS Q-branch
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Tools
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • German language requested over the medium-term
  • Willingness to perform business travel
