Responsibilities

The role involves acting as a Shift Leader, Group Leader, or Department Leader within the sales area, responsible for shift planning and coordinating team tasks. Key duties also include motivating the team, monitoring stock levels, handling cashier operations, and ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards.
