Description:
IHR PROFIL - MOTIVIERT UND QUALIFIZIERT
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und Berufsausbildung oder höher
- Erfahrung als Führungsrolle im Kundenservice
- Ausgeprägtes Mind-Set in Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Authentische und souveräne Kommunikationsstärke im Kundenumgang
- Hohes Maß an Prozessorientierung
- Erfahrung in der Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen zur Steigerung der Effektivität
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen (ProAlpha von Vorteil)
