We are looking for a team leader (m/f/d) for our Food department at our famila department store in Reinbek, starting immediately, on a full-time basis.

These are the tasks that await you:

• They have the main responsibility for our Food department and are also responsible for the overall design of the department.
• You lead and train your team and plan the deployment of staff.
• They keep an eye on cost and revenue trends, as well as regular inventories, merchandise planning and flow, and ensure a smooth process.
• They have an eye for attractive product presentation and know how to inspire customers.

This is what we expect from you:

• They have completed commercial training.
• You already have professional experience in the exciting non-food product sector.
• They possess a strong sense of responsibility and are true team players.
• They demonstrate a great enthusiasm for dealing with customers in direct sales conversations.
• They already have initial experience in personnel management.
